Nice agency, but super terrible neighbor

Our agent is ok, friendly and professional, just it is not very quick to answer questions. But overall I still approve of her, after all, we can see that she is very busy. However, there is bad neighbor who is bullying us, and make us want to move out early! That neighbor is not only a racist, but also wants to drive us away.
