In Feb. 2017 we put our property in Anula for sale through Mr Simon Watts. Right from the beginning we have felt that Simon is sincere, attentive and helpful in our interest. During the promotion and open house sessions, he kept us well informed about the feedback and response from prospective buyers. Despite the dismal market Simon had managed successfully to sell our property with a value above the current market price - in three months! Daniel was given the challenge to sell my old elevated house of some 40years old. The previous plan to knock it down and build two townhouses was quashed by the new government and went into discussion and community consultation. Daniel raised to the challenge even though the interested market was probably close to 2% of those viewing the property. Within a relative short time he had found an interested buyer who he had qualified to proceed to purchase the property. Hence the deal was done and both parties were happy with the outcome

Sascha lives and breaths real estate and is the most passionate agent I have ever met. She is highly professional and her knowledge of the market place is spot on. When Sascha was selling our home, I especially loved her no-nonsense, honest feedback about what the market would pay for our property regardless of what we thought it was worth or how much we had spent on it or what it 'owed' us. It meant that we had realistic expectations all the way through the sales process and it enabled us to plan more efficiently for our financial position after the sale. Simon took care of all aspects of the sale of 3 Cunjevoi Crescent Nightcliff. We found him to be extreamly easy to Communicate with. This was an important factor for us as we left the territory and left our home in Simons care. Simon had to deal with an illegal entry to the property and repairs as well as the sale. All aspects were taken care of in a completely professional and efficient manner. We would recommend Simon to anyone requiring a real estate agent.
