The RE Central team are always very helpful and professional with excellent local market knowledge.
Before contacting RE Central we experienced many challenges and difficulties as landlords renting our property privately, without an agent. When we enlisted with RE Central Gerdi Soon and the team were able to provide expertise and assistance to work through significant challenges that can occur during the rental and tenancy process. They have great local knowledge and experience, and a thorough knowledge of residential tenancy rules and regulations, to ensure matters are handled fairly and appropriately. They also respond promptly and appropriately to queries and issues as they arise. Overall, we’re very happy with the RE Central team and and the help they have provided in getting things back on track, and renting out and managing our investment property.

Great communication
Started my journey needing to secure accommodation before moving up. Applied for a couple of houses and was approved for both. After speaking with Gerdi regarding my needs she was able to lock in the house best suited to my needs. Since moving in our agent samara has been great a very responsive to emails. Phone lines can be very busy so email is probably the best way to get a quick response.
