The team have been professional and prompt but unfortunately dealing with different people in different states made this confusing and double the excessive number of email and text updates to us as tenants and our references. Some lack of knowledge about the process and some poor cleanliness at the inspection made for a less-than-ideal experience.

Overall, our experience was good. Our agent, Gerdi, was very supportive throughout the process. As first-time renters, we were unsure about our rent payment date and unfortunately missed it. However, Gerdi was extremely understanding and handled the situation very professionally, which we greatly appreciated. It would be helpful if the rent payment date could be communicated more clearly, especially for first-time renters, to avoid such issues in the future.
