My PM seems to be doing a good job in most ways but not sure about the record system he has to work with, as he told me the termite inspection was overdue. If this is recommended each year then I would have thought that they could remind me of that? Or are they expecting me to do that? The NT is a high area of high termite activity.

They know market price very well, always update me with the current market price when my house need to be rented out.
