I had a very pleasant experience with their agent, Renee Morrison. She was always quick in responding, issue solving and keeping it simple and professional for us as tenant. The house owner approved most of our requests as well, which let me draw the conclusion that she maintained very good communication between tenant and owner. Hence, tenant voice was heard. They only had one recommended bond cleaner who took advantage of the situation money wise, else it should have been an easy 5 star.
