Good Morning, With my experience so far the scheduled appointments with Nicola and Joanna took place on time. Both agents were punctual. I was pleased with the follow up of my issue with having to call the Police on my neighbour. One thing I was disappointed with was receiving an email from Joanna with the following message Good Afternoon Danica, I have received the below email from Michael’s refrigeration, can you please confirm you no longer require him to attend as its now fully functional? (please make sure to make me aware of this in the future, if I arrange a work order I need to be advised if you no longer want the works to go ahead) I had in fact advised Joanna via email with the PCR that the air conditioner seemed to be working fine and Resent this email to Joanna. There was no follow up acknowledgment or apology to this communication.
