His knowledge of all things real estate is one thing, but most of all his attention to detail and patience (with my million questions) has been so wonderful. He helped with recommendations on getting our investment property ready for sale & recommending reliable trades people. Chris is very enthusiastic and passionate about selling real estate which is what you want when selling a property. I would have liked more regular updates after an open house - even just a quick text - rather than feeling I was often contacting him. Having said that he is always open and honest with his feedback.
