Sascha sold our home at auction in a tough market. Sure the place was beautifully presented and we had staged it for sale, but we tried to sell it ourselves until it became clear that we had run out of time and needed it sold so we could purchase the house we wanted interstate. Sascha went above and beyond for us...we had left town so she took care of every little detail to keep the house looking great. She worked her contacts well and we were very happy with the quick auction sale. We did not get the price we were after but it was a very tough market and she got us the best possible price at the time. Thanks Sascha...you are amazing!

Sascha was a knowledgeable and approachable agent in the purchase of our new home. She had a strong relationship with the sellers and in-depth knowledge of the property and surrounding neighborhood. Tom was very helpful friendly and supportive throughout my whole experience of buying my home. Sascha was engaged to sell a deceased estate family home on behalf of the estate trustees. Sascha provide excellent advice as to how the home would best present to the market and recommended a strategy that she suggested would likely attract the most favorable price at sale. After a short advertising campaign which generated modest interest at auction in a depressed market, the property sold for the amount that Sascha had indicated it would likely attract. This in my view confirmed her excellent ability to read the market and give sound advise. Sascha did not sugar coat her advice nor in my experience will she over inflate an appraisal in order to secure a listing. I have found Sascha to be an agent of high ethics and strong values that will always work diligently to serve a seller to her best ability.
