We bought a property through Daniel (and his assistant Kylie) who both made the transaction process very clear and smooth. We found them honest and easy to deal with. If we were to sell I would think of Daniel. I have put 5 stars on 'Market Knowledge' but we don't have any knowledge of this area.

Over the years, while inspecting open homes, we met Sacha and found her friendly, informative and very easy to talk to. She has a good sales record. So when the time came for us to sell our home, we approached her to sell it. We were very happy with her professional manner and how effective she was with the sale of our house, particularly when there were problems after cyclone Marcus passed though Darwin.

It was a pleasure to have Susie as our agent. She was genuine, punctual, friendly and kept in regular contact with us throughout the week to keep us informed. She was so committed to us and our property she went around the afternoon after cyclone Marcus hit to check if there was any damage. She even did an open inspection the next day! The are plenty of agents out there, when selling a house what you need is a professional who treats both the purchaser and vendor with respect armed with a breadth of skills and knowledge. Not only did Sascha handle the sale, she handled cleaners, gardeners etc when i was not there, she went that extra mile and beyond. I have no hesitation in recommending her, and, honestly, cannot think of anyone in Darwin who comes close.
