•1) bed side lamps not working , 2) Lounge Lamps not working 3) 1 bathroom light not working 4) no rubbish bins 5) TV not set up 6 ) where to we get mail sent to , do we need to rent a mail box, if so why ? When was aircon filters last cleaned? Why can we not contact the agent ?
Communication is an important tool when working in a client centric business. Whilst we realise dealing with owners is not always a fast process, staying in touch with the prospective tenant is important, just a quick call or email or message to say you are still waiting on the owner goes a long way to relieve the stress the tenant is under while trying to find somewhere to live. Kayla is professional and happy to go the extra mile to clarify any queries. It is a pleasure dealing with her. Claire was also an invaluable help to us lodging the application on line. Not everyone is young or an IT guru. If it wasn't for Claire's assistance I don't think I would be writing this review 😀 A huge thank you to both Claire and Kayla.
