Nicholas is one of the endangered species of people that conduct themselves with integrity, manners, and doing extra things that he doesn't necessarily have to do, in the interests of getting the overall job done and property handed over to a happy buyer. During our purchase, there were a couple of occasions that required "someone" to nip around and check on extra things at the property, and Nicholas immediately nominated himself as that someone, and reported back thereafter. Little things like nipping over to check hot water was heating up after connection of services. Such things mean that when you arrive to do pre-settlement inspection, you will be able to see hot water and heating working for yourself, rather than realising a pilot light has gone out and needs to be re-lit and then wait for hours for the water to heat up. Or worse... that your electricity and gas hasn't been connected at all by your service provider. The fact Nicholas was happy to check these things had been done so that we would know pre-settlement inspection could be completed properly (checking appliances, heating/cooling and hot water) is appreciated and makes such a difference towards a smooth transaction and making everyone's lives easier. From start to finish, Nicholas has been such a pleasant person to purchase from, and I look forward to doing so again. Thankyou Nicholas!

This company had been our rental agents for many years but we still looked at other companies. We found that REALESTATE EDGE a smaller company were so well informed we got better than one on one attention. At every point from prior to signing Nick was advising, guiding, taking the time to make sure we understood the process of the sale and all it entailed. If we needed to meet a staging company (who Nick sourced ),tradies etc, Nick was present. This took the difficulty of us being on site at every instant out of our hands but in his capable hands. (we don't live locally) Nick always followed up with informative calls to us as to what had transpired. With a condensed 3 week open house Nick was kept very busy . He sent out more than 30 contracts met outside hours with buyers, buyers advocate, building inspectors and a more than 50 set of people on open days. Nick's wife , Maria proved that it was not just a business transaction BUT as a caring thoughtful duo. Maria called us on several occasions to check and advise on progress and to see if we had any questions. Their PROFESSIONALISM from day one was outstanding. The end result was an amazing $70,000 above reserve in a very hard market. We could not recommend this company enough and thank them for amazing effort.
