Rob's knowledge of the market was excellent. His use of up to date comparisons of properties in my area was thoroughly researched. Rob was able to give me good advice regarding improvements necessary fo getting a good result with selling. His knowledge of trades people and the like to make improvements and repairs was extremely helpful. His suggestions for marketing ie advertising was good, too. Rob explained the processes of selling clearly and he was always available and willing to answer any of my queries and questions. Throughout the slow and difficult covid times, he managed to continue with the process of selling, too.

Craig was brilliant! We contacted Craig to enquire about one of his properties, which unfortunately was under offer. Craig took the time to find us other properties that met our requirements and found us our new home. He kept in touch through the whole negotiation and after.
