I had my property on the market for six months with another agent. Two groups went through in the first weeks, then nothing until I listed it with Peter. About eight groups went through in the first two weeks and an offer was made shortly after. It was obvious that Peter had a wide network of contacts and worked this to get people looking at the property. Most impressive. One minor note: it was my perception that attention to the sale diminished noticeably once the offer had been made. This may be because of the different style of the person who took over the negotiating.
