Deborah was fantastic from the 1st moment we met her at the open house. She allowed us to walk through in own time and was more than happy to answer our questions and to take the time to listen to our children's questions and stories. From when our offer was accepted she was very professional when it came to signing the contracts and going through all the paperwork, she even recommended a conveyancer for us to use. We were able to meet the finance clause deadline which does make it all a little easier, however Deborah never hassled us about this she was happy for the process to take it course. Once formal approval was received she was full of congratulations. If we do ever look at selling we would definitely look at using Deborah and we have no hesitation in recommending her to family and friends looking to sell their property.

Deborah was engaged to sell our property in Grange. Heritage requirements and the condition of the property meant that the sale price was difficult to predict. Deborah worked extremely hard with opens, handling enquiries and keeping us in the loop at all times. Her advice re auction and pricing was spot on and she understood the issues relating to deceased estate and probate. We are delighted with the outcome and appreciate the smooth and efficient process.
