Recommendation

We engaged Elliot to sell our apartment, it was a company title unit and they are always difficult to sell. But the professional service Elliot provided was first class. We were informed at all stages of the sales process and always knew what was happening. Elliot managed to over achieve on the price we wanted and managed to set a record in the building. Fantastic Agent!

Elliott and his team are a delight to work with from start to finish. Elliott took over my property in Bellevue Hill after Purple Bricks failed to get me even an offer. He used his extensive knowledge, passion and reach in the marketplace and within a few days we had people flooding to view the property. Within 10 days of being with Elliott I had multiple offers and we able to close out the deal with a great price. He's a strong negotiator and gets buyers to dig that little bit deeper.
