We choose Mirvac Realestate Lease service for my new townhouse in Doncaster. It takes 3 weeks to leased out rather than they said make home open before the settlement and lease out in 3days at better price. The property manager did not update anything until you ask any feedback from home open. Overall, I will not choose Mirvac agent anymore.
