We interviewed several agents operating in the area and Stuart Aldridge (eView Healesville) was the preferred choice. All of those interviewed were good and probably would have been satisfactory, but Stuart had a better track record in the area, greater local knowledge and more impressive credentials. He did not over-promise and we did not go with the agent that claimed to be able to get the highest sell price. His dealings with us were down to earth, no pressure and directly to the point. Communication from him was regular and timely. The only thing we would have liked more of would have been some tips on how to stage the house for the best presentation. The house sold quickly and we were happy with the whole process. All in all, a great outcome.
