We we're so unsure of being able to sell our house in a timely manner in order to meet or our deadline to purchase our next home and we couldn't help but feel negative as 2020 was turning quite sour but Stuart remained positive the whole time assuring us it would happen despite not being able to do open for inspections due to Covid restrictions as soon as we listed and then straight after came 7 weeks of no realestate inspections at all. We were so happy the purchasers came along the first weekend after restrictions eased. Stuart helped negotiate a positive outcome over the next week for us to get a price we were happy with and great conditions with a quick settlement. Very happy with Stuart and the team at Real Estate Yarra Valley as they were always so friendly and postive.

Enough said, right? Throughout those harrowing, isolated months Stuart never gave up on getting my house sold to the right people for the right price. Communication was vitally important during this time and he kept in touch with both me and my co-owner whilst also keeping up-to-date on the rules and restrictions during lockdown. I believe he knows real estate better than anyone else, has sold way more houses in the Healesville area, and is in exactly the right job for his natural skills and expertise (although he does want to write a book someday). Stuart was born to sell and to do it extremely well, but he's not one of those killer agents who cares more about the sale than the seller. He makes it crystal clear every step of the way that what you want matters most. And he will always return your calls promptly... even in the middle of an unprecedented pandemic. Who could ask for more than that?

Our whole experience with Stuart was very positive from beginning to end. Stuart exceeded our expectations and truly went above and beyond to make the process of selling our home a very smooth one. Despite the interruptions posed by COVID-19, Stuart provided plenty of support and advice regarding how and when to put our home back on the market. Once on the market, Stuart handled everything very diligently, and had sold our house within 10 days! Stuart's support didn’t end with the sale. Without his help to find us temporarily housing during lockdown, we would have been in a very difficult situation. With little help from aged-care or any government departments, we were incredibly grateful to Stuart for organising temporary accommodation nearby, so that our settlement could go through without any delays. We are very happy with the process of selling our home with Stuart, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, supportive and reliable agent to sell their home.
