I found Omid to be genuine and honest. He was never out to make a quick and forceful sale. He was sensitive to my needs too even though he had not much to gain from me. I felt valued and he offered me advice and guidance on a range of matters. He has been and is very helpful and generous with his time long after contracts were exchanged. He got me a discount after I raised concerns about the property. I will be asking for his kind assistance when I look for an investment property too. I appreciate his professional approach that he executes with a sincerity not found in most salespersons that I have encountered.
