Ross along with his team were always very thorough from the initial appraisal inspection to the final sale. Ross took the time to fully inspect the property giving us excellent feedback over and above what other agents gave us or saw; several couldn't even be bothered walking the backyard. As we are not locals, Ross helped provide the tradesman and oversee a few minor maintenance issues prior to the property going on the market and also during the sale process while we were overseas. Both Ross and his partner Peter Cox expressed the potential of the property which gave us great confidence that we chose the right agents. Peter followed us up immediately after each inspection, so we knew exactly who our potential market was. We found both Ross and Peter absolute gentlemen who work very well together as a team, both were always available and prompt at returning calls if we had any questions. Ross and his staff provided a faultless total service from the get go and were straight with us throughout the whole process . I was aware of his reputation of being a great bloke and a long time active contributor to charity and Community projects so we had a pretty good idea we were in good hands . But the professionalism and knowledge shown by Ross and Alison achieving our result was remarkable . No detail was overlooked and the total marketing package was brilliant .
