Real Property Specialists were great regarding their communication and it was well and truly needed as the application process is very difficult for someone that has a busy lifestyle and/or little knowledge of online applications through third parties. Putting all of my personal and financial details online was far from ideal. A paper application process is highly recommended. Lovely people, still.
