Laurell Veivers and her team did a fantastic job under extreme pressure. I needed two properties sold in 35 days to allow me to finalise the purchase of my new family home, and she did it! Laurell and I worked closely to get this project across the line and her professionalism was fantastic. She had to deal with 3 x sets of tenants plus my family, but her experience shows and although it was a very busy time, the process went smoothly in the end. Laurell has sold 2 of our properties over the past 2 years. After Laurell sold the first property I was very impressed with her work. What I find very important is communication and that is exactly what Laurell gives you. She is also incredibly efficient, does not stuff you around, or use obvious cheesy sales tactics to buy your trust. She is very authentic and honest and incredibly helpful. Our most recent property she sold this month was a real pain for me. I really gave her a run for her money. Not because I wanted to, but because we were dealing with issues out of our control. But despite of that, she made the process and the transaction easy (for me anyway). I felt very supported and I am so grateful for that. My husband and I have been in property for about 15 years now, in all this time I can name two real estate agents who actually did a fantastic job and go above and beyond. Both of these are females.
