Wayne's attention to detail was fantastic.
Wayne not only kept us updated on a daily basis in relation to our own property, but also on market trends and other properties similar to our own. Just disappointed that our BC information was incorrect which we feel affected our sale. Disclosure said $390k when we actually had $1.5m this should have been picked up early not 5 mths into the marketing.

Results every time
We’ve bought or sold through Wayne in five separate transactions as both buyer and seller. He has delivered for us every time. He keeps in touch every 3 months or so with a market update and while he doesn’t pressure he’s absolutely on top of market changes. During the selling process he keeps us well informed and gives honest, direct advice. Most importantly Wayne has delivered excellent results for us, including this transaction.
