Through a very difficult selling campaign, due ta variety of reasons, James got the property sold to both Cathy's and my satisfaction. We can only thank James because he was always positive, even though there were quite a few reasons why he needn't have been. In the end we got he result we needed.

First time real estate agent experience to purchase
Shaun, He has been very informative and patience, it was good to have him explain the steps. It's been a great experience and in the end a great result as we got the house. He seemed fair for both the vendor and purchaser. He was easy to get a hold of and prompt to respond when a message was left. We we would recommend him and would use him again if the chance arose.

A helpful agent, no BS involved
We were happy to be working with James during the purchase of a Kingscliff property. Naturally during a purchase both vendors and buyers have widely different expectations on price. James worked effectively to help us find some common ground and close the deal. We appreciated his ability to remain relatively neutral during the negotiations.

We found James to be very engaging and efficient. He was able to give us a realistic evaluation on our property and sold it within 2 months. The negotiations between him and the agent acting on behalf of the property we purchased (also Ray White) were fantastic. In the end 3 parties were very happy. Us, the buyer of our property and the vendor of the property we purchased. We would highly recommend James to anyone wanting to sell their property.

James Shugg: One Hundred Percent Honest,Decent and Professional.
Not having met James before we hired him to sell our property, we were a little concerned as we did not know whether he would act 100% in our interest. This worry was baseless as he continually proved to us that he only had our interest at heart. When we changed our mind a few times and these changed circumstances were not in his interest he did not hesitate to work towards maximising our benefit. Throughout the whole sale process James used wonderful communication skills to immediately put us and potential buyers at ease. He used simple, honest and friendly conversation to explain the scenario which was 100% believable because it was the truth. James is a likable, friendly, honest and decent person who really knows his stuff. We are extremely thrilled with the result he obtained for us and have no hesitation in recommending James to anyone who needs a real estate agent.
