Good result with a good price, pleasant to work with.
Have dealt with Jack on three properties throughout my family, over the years. He is flexible and creative in his approaches to securing a buyer. This resulted in a pleasing outcome, with a satisfying sale price. Throughout the preparation, presentation, negotiation, and settlement processes, Jack was responsive, thorough, and attentive. Our interactions were friendly and personable, and all-around pleasant. Jack doesn't have any of that slimy, unsettlingly slick feel you get when dealing with some real-estate agents.

Professional and Precise
We first approached Jack to obtain a house evaluation and rental price guide. Our house had been owned for over 40 years and was on a quarter acre block, no internet data existed! on our home. In order to get us the correct valuation Jack needed to research the area valuations as comparison, this is where his attention to detail and thoroughness shines thru. This combined with professionalism and guidance on how to market our home for sale, resulted in a fantastic result at auction.

Excellent experience and extremely hard working.
Jack and the team at Realm put in a great effort and managed our expectations. He pulled out all stops to help us and made sure we were able to sell in the timeframe we needed. After using Jack Huggett to sell my parent's house, this time I used him to sell mine
We saw the house we wanted for the next stage of our lives and bought it but then the Covid lockdown hit and affected my efforts to get my house ready to sell plus I had two children home schooling.
