I've lived in the Scarborough/Karrinyup area for over 20 years and have seen the advertising for all the various real estate agents that operate in the area. When it came time to sell my first property in 2015 I did my research and "interviewed" at least 4 of the reputable agents including Gareth. Right from the start I could tell that he was the right agent to sell my property as he was not pushy, he was very knowledgeable of the market for my property and I could relate personally to his family which was similar to mine with kids. Ultimately if you are selling a property you go to an agent to get you the best price in the current market conditions and as a seller you need to be realistic about expectations of the market at the time you are planning to sell. So that probably helped Gareth in that I was a seller with realistic expectations and Gareth was able to get "the job done" in selling my first property and now my second property. From start to finish the whole Hardingham team kept us fully informed and given the environment they were working in ( the COVID Virus period ) their efforts to promote the property and find a buyer were fantastic .
