We have used Brad Hardingham twice to sell properties and wouldn't use anyone else. His market knowledge is vast and he has many contacts in the business. He delivered timeously on promises and our recent home was sold on second home open. During the process, both Brad and Josh did constant follow ups and kept us informed throughout the process. We highly recommend Team Hardingham!

So pleased we listed with Sean & Jenny Hughes for the sale of our Wembley Downs property. Their marketing, knowledge of the Perth property market and sales techniques to achieve top dollar for our home was above and beyond our expectations.

Brad was selling the property was pretty keen to get some numbers on the page and managed to get a first offer accepted.

Brad’s experience was evident however we were disappointed that the final sale price was $100k less than the market appraisal that was given. We felt that the final negotiations were driven by us as we were advised on numerous occasions to accept a lower price.

What a fantastic decision to sell my house with the Lovell team! They are a real team in the truest sense of the word. From my first meeting with Chris, I could tell that he had clear, realistic but confident expectations of how he would achieve the sale for me. He delivered 100% on everything he said! Then in stepped Jai, who managed all communication and was absolutely faultless in every aspect. Prompt, no question too small and took all of the time that I needed, every step of the way. Melissa did so much ground work both at home opens with Chris and then once I had agreed a sale. She was great at liaising with my buyers and communicating with me, without exception. All in all, not only did the Lovell team deliver on a price that I was happy with, but made the whole process as stress free as possible, every step of the way. Thanks for everything Chris, Jai and Mel - you guys are the best!

After living in Connolly area for 35 years there is only one agent you would ever use to sell your house and that’s Julie Cross. We trusted Julie and Jamie (they work as a team) to care for our home like we did. Being professional and straight to the point agents, who provided exceptional service, and most importantly up to date frequent communication. They sold our house within a week of going on the market. We chose this team due to Julie's exceptional reputation in the area, also all the wonderful support they provide to the local community. We were really fussy clients, yet all our requests were meet effortlessly. Thank you, Anne and Domenic.
