Highly recommended!
Ian was very professional and explained the process of selling clearly and managed our expectations well. He stayed in touch and let us know what was happening every step of the way, including dealing with difficult neighbours! I highly recommend Ian's services to any prospective seller.

Ian, a person of Integrity
In my family, the phrase "Trust me, I'm a real estate agent" was a joke because we had had so many bad experiences. When it came time o sell our home recently, I was very sceptical of all the palaver. Then we met Ian. He was like a breath of fresh air. He listened to what we had to say and gave us good advice on Marketing Strategies. He kept us up-to-date with viewer's feedback and offers. I did not feel pressured in any way and at Settlement time he went above and beyond to help us with last minute "hiccups" What a shame there are not more Agents like Ian

Kind considerate and practical approach
Years ago I was thinking about selling my house and contacted a local real estate office. When we met Ian the first time, his immediate response was so refreshing and unexpected for a Real Estate sales man it made a strong impact. He sensed our hesitation and offered his expert opinion which was, with that location and the lifestyle it offered our family, if he was us he would do all he could to keep it and not sell! Wow!! We agreed we were not ready and stayed. A decade later when it was time to leave our beautiful home we absolutely knew who we would entrust its sale too. Ian was kind, considerate, and practical in his approach to us as we grieved with the sale of our much loved home. He totally 'got' that it was so much more than a 'sale' to our family. I highly recommend him as a salesman and person.
