GREAT AGENT

Couldn't have done it without him

Best agent in WA!!
Unlike most agents I've met Nathan Tonich is down to earth and genuine, there was no BS about price trying to win the listing. He made the whole experience very pain free and we got a great price! He wasn't the cheapest agent we had through the house, but I genuinely believe we wouldn't have sold it as fast or for as much with any other agent. He has an expansive list of clients and was able to show people through the house before the first home open. I will definitely recommend Nathan and his team to anybody wanting to sell their house.

Highly Recommended!
Nathan and his team made the process of selling our house as stress free and easy as possible. Nathan's strategy for the sale of our house was well thought out with the rationale behind each step explained. Top shelf!
Nathan was a great agent and was very pro-active in re-negotiating the sale when the initial subject to settlement offer fell through. He did so in an efficient, professional manner which left both parties satisfied with the outcome. I would highly recommend Nathan for any one looking for an honest, hard working and straight talking agent to sell their property.
