Nathan was outstanding!
Nathan was a true blessing to have during the process of purchasing my new home. He was outstanding with his communication. He always replied with exceptional promptness. Nathan was proactive in solving any issues before they even came my way, meaning he alleviated any additional possible stress. Smooth transaction!
Nathan was very professional with his engagement. He was very forthcoming and transparent with this sales strategy. He was able to answer all my questions with confidence and which made me feel comfortable with what he had proposed. I was particularly pleased considering this was a tenanted property which obviously further complicated things. His handling during the post-contract period was excellent ensuring a smooth transition to settlement.

In a industry of give me your listing and I’ll sell your house Nathan Tonich was the opposite his name in the industry is second to none he advised as to “ trust the process “ and he didn’t disappoint if your thinking about selling your property their is only one realtor to consider in my opinion

Fantastic Experience!
Right from the get go Chris has made this whole experience extremely easy. As first time sellers, we didn't know the sales process, but every step of the way Chris communicated so well and made us feel at ease. It was very obvious that Chris has a vast knowledge of the property market. We felt very confident that Chris was going above and beyond with every thing that he did. He treated home opens like they were his own home and even went and swept out our garage after a storm as we were selling the house from Overseas! We could have open and honest conversations with him which meant decisions were made quickly & efficiently. We felt in very safe hands and would not hesitate to recommend Chris to anyone that is Buying or Selling in Perth. Thank you Chris for everything you did for us! Would give you 6 stars if we could!!

Excellent communication and transparency

This was our second time selling with Nathan.
We of course stuck with Nathan after we were blown away by his work and approach in the first house. He again did such a great job in selling our home and getting the price we were after.
