I would highly recommend Paul Reimer to any landlord considering a change of agent or looking to rent their property. Paul is a genuine people person, he understands the needs of both the landlord and the tenant and is adept at determining the right fit for both parties. I was overwhelmed at the turn around time for the unit I have at Tugun in his ability to find suitable tenants who met the required standard through background checks.
