I was very fortunate to stumble across Binca in my short visits to the real estate agents office , not to mention in my working time. I had remembered her from those visits as very approachable and eager to find ME a place . I found a place is the first step and the rest of the journey was very assuring, trusting and loving . A big thanks to Bianca for being the person who all agents should be which is being a real human being . Wishing you success . Benaifer Contractor

Sharon provided a service for us, as the buyers, with efficient communication, outstanding professionalism and a friendly approach. With the added pressure of our simultaneous settlement, Sharon definitely made things less stressful, always answered her phone promptly and was very flexible. We have spread the word to our cul-de-sac neighbours for any future sales. Thanks Sharon! Amber & Leigh White.

We would like to thank Sharon with the exceptional job she did at selling our home. Whilst we were originally going to use a different agent from another agency who looking back was really just run of the mill like everyone else, we luckily came across Sharon and felt she had something special to offer us. We were right with our instincts and the results ended us speaking for ourselves with a record sale for our home and selling within days of listing the property. Sharon from the beginning was professional but also extremely easy to deal with. Her communication skills to keep you in the loop were second to none. I would definitely say that this was something we both felt made the process so much easier. Knowing what was happening and never needing to chase her up. She was always one step ahead of the game. We would (and have) recommend Sharon to any potential seller. You will definitely not be disappointed. I hope she is still around in the future when we sell our next home. Best of luck for the future Sharon! Warmest Regards Charlene, Shane, Summer and Baby Thompson xxx

Sharon was great! Over the years we have found some real estate agents to be pushy and 'salesman' like. Sharon was different!! She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We loved working with Sharon and felt that we made a friend in her. We will definitely be using her in future!

Sharon, I am so thankful that I listened to my friend's advice and signed up with you to sell our house. Wow! Real Estate agents don't generally get a good rap but you are very different. You were considerate, hard working, honest, efficient, professional and a fantastic communicator throughout the whole process. You were totally committed from day 1 and didn't just show 1 or 2 people through our property but arranged for groups of interested people to view the house which ultimately meant it sold in a very short space of time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Kindest regards, Michele & Pete December 2015

As overseas sellers the process of selling our property could have been quite a daunting experience for us but Sharon did not hesitate to telephone and email us every step of the way. She discussed the selling process with us in an honest and informative manner. Plus any advice Sharon offered us was backed with very sound reasons and consequently proved to be correct. We are proud to recommend Sharon to any seller!! Ian and Helen NZ

There is no doubt about it, Mick is an absolute star of an agent! We originally purchased our property through Realty Blue and was so impressed by Mick's professional yet relaxed demeanour, we knew that if we were ever to sell our place Mick would be the man for the job! So, 4 years later the time came and the results were EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you Mick, we knew we would be in good hands, you made the sale a relaxed, quick and easy process with a wonderful result, and we couldn't have done it with out you! Cheers Dave & Loudi
