Michelle is amazing, a very hard worker, honest and loves her job which is so important. I loved the way she described the property online, I knew it was the one for me by the way it was marketed and in hindsight would have been content with making an offer without even viewing it in person. I was always kept informed of what was happening throughout the duration of the sale. I knew that if I asked a question I would get an answer. The first time I met Michelle I instantly felt comfortable and was never made to feel stupid with any question I asked. She communicated to me, my conveyancer, and my bank. Michelle offered to let me view the property whenever I wanted. To top it off Michelle came to meet me at the property on the day of settlement and presented me with a beautiful and very thoughtful gift.
