Superior, untainted, open minded , creative , results driven , manages expectations and delivers.

This is the second time we have used Ning to sell our northern beaches properties. Each time she has achieved a sales price that set a new record for the area. Her results have left the local seasoned campaigners star struck and dumb founded at her achieved results. The latest sale achieved a result in excess of 20% above what another leading agent of the area estimated. This is the second time Ning has achieved such a result. Ning is an out of area agent - but she clearly understands the intricacies of real estate. Her professionalism is shown through her open communication style , her accessibility , and her willingness to discuss and consider sales / marketing strategies. Ning manages expectations and when a commitment is made she delivers. Ning is unfazed by local limiting beliefs and market perceptions. Her ability to see the value of a property and deliver that message has been proven on two occasions. If you want a fresh look at the opportunity of selling your property I recommend Ning. Be prepared to have the opinions of the local experts challenged (in a positive way). Yes a local agent may claim to be able to sell your property quickly and show a track record of this. However, you can sell anything cheap ! Ning will work it and get the fair market value for your property (in my case twice ). I recommend Ning Widjaja and would use her again to sell my property.
