Selling a tough property

I just want to congratulate Glenn for his magnificent work in selling our property in Sanctuary Point. This was a difficult property to sell as it was an old holiday house which really needed work to bring it into the modern era. Although the property has some good features, it definitely requires a commitment to refurbish if you wanted to buy the property. Glenn did a great job in securing a buyer while maintaining great communication with both ourselves and the new buyer. I couldn’t recommend Glenn highly enough. He knows his job and he does it well.
