Land comprises one third old growth forest listed by Byron Shire Council as a protected ecological zoning, plus
farm forestry area of 300 mature native Hoop-Pines that are a viable proposition for forestry and milling. Land area is 2.77HA (6.859 acres) and has beenin the family for over 50 years.

The tropical gardens are stunning, complete with established Cacti and rare Palms, as are the
numerous artistic aspects of the home.
As the family grew, two more abodes were constructed on the property.
Abode 1
A double brick, glass and timber two story building with an open living, dining and kitchen, and
three bedrooms upstairs. Timber floors, wood fire heater, flush toilet and an outdoor deck plus a
separate bath house with laundry.
Abode 2
This recycled hardwood timber and colour bond construction has a spacious open plan kitchen,
living and dining, with timber floors, wood heater and glass doors. A large wraparound deck hosts a
bath, and a cute composting toilet nestles in the hoop pines.
Three bedrooms plus loft are upstairs, with a deck to be enchanted by the forested surrounds. A
large workshop area and laundry/shower is under the house.
Studio
An original 1940s Leyland Bus is part of this funky studio set up with a bath house and composting
toilet. It’s fully self contained with a separate access. The caretaker of the property has resided
here for over 20 years.
