Excellent Agent

From the moment my wife and I hired Johnny Nguyen to sell our house, We felt really comfortable and confident that the house will sell in no time even though the price of houses were going down and the market was slow. Johnny provided us with fantastic customer service, such as great communication, advising us were he is at, what he has done and what he is going to do. Johnny organised for a photographer to come out and take pictures. I must say that they are terrific pictures and 4 days later was published on Real estate. These pictures was seen by a potential buyer which lead to contracts being signed 3 days later at the maximum price it was advertised for. The house didn't even make the 1st open house inspection. That's how fast it sold. With Johnny's help, we managed to get more than what we expected. Johnny is also a very good friend of mine and always has a fantastic manner and a terrific bloke to talk to as a friend. I rate Johnny's services 10 out of 10. Johnny will go out of his way to help you get what you require as an Agent and as friend. Great Job Johnny. I will use his services in the future again.
