Glad its over.

I engaged Vicki after 3 months of advertising privately. Overall, while I found Vicki’s communication to be regular, based on her estimate of $539k at the time of signing up, I was disappointed to sell $59k below Vicki’s initial figure. Being told repeatedly by Vicki that if I’d listed with her earlier I’d have got a better price was not helpful, and quite frustrating. I was anxious whenever a text came in with no good news. I felt under pressure to accept the lower the price, and not supported to wait and see, despite having said I could wait. I was also disappointed that Vicki continued to ask after my partners property (next door) despite being told that he would contact her if and when he was ready. Finally, I was found myself defending my conveyors, who I felt were professional, and diligent. Overall, I acknowledge that Vicki worked diligently to sell my property, however, I found the process more stressful than trying to sell on my own, and I was not much better off in the end.
