Great sales outcome rom an efficient proactive and friendly agent.

Robyn was my agent when selling a property in Lismore recently. I hadn't sold a property before so I was a bit nervous about it. Robyn talked me through the entire process making it simple and understandable for me. She offered really good advice about pricing and presentation and was really proactive promoting the house in Lismore's hot summer. In the weeks when there was no interest, Robyn would keep my spirits up and keep trying. When there was finally some interest she communicated clearly and frequently providing critical feedback from clients that was both positive and negative; I appreciated her honesty and clarity. I was really happy with the eventual sale, I felt it achieved a solid price in a reasonable time frame. I can't recommend Robyn highly enough, she was really friendly, efficient and has a deep knowledge of the RE industry in the Northern Rivers. If I am ever buying or selling again in the Lismore area again, I would definitely engage her rather than the bigger firms.
