•Pat first contacted me a year ago after I viewed a property he was selling. While chatting I mentioned that I might want to sell a property in a year’s time. Pat was organized and promptly called me a year later when I was looking for an agent to sell my investment property. Pat gave useful guidance and was very patient throughout the process. He has an eye for details and spent additional time and effort to personally brush up the look of the property. He organized to have extra open homes whenever there was an enquiry from interested parties. After each open home he called and provided an accurate update on any prospects. The challenge was that it was not an easy property to sell due to various reasons. I did get a couple of offers but not at the price I was expecting and Pat advised to wait for better offers. After a couple of months I was ready to give up but Pat suggested to give it another month and I was glad that I did. A couple of weeks later Pat found a buyer who met my asking price and it then settled within a month. Overall extremely happy with Pat’s service and would definitely engage him again and recommend him to family and friends.
