Kindest, most genuine agent in the Illawarra

What a wonderful experience with Monique as she went above and beyond

If I could give Monique a rating it would be 20. From the first day we engaged her she was respectful of the circumstances being a deceased estate. Her marketing research was spot on for the area and we appreciated that when she indicated that an action would be delivered it was on time EVERY time. Monique has exceptional communication and negotiating skills.We felt like we were kept up to date with the process and she was wonderful with the buyers. What we were truly thankful for was the time and effort made to match the buyers and sellers. This meant alot to us as a seller as we wanted a buyer that would appreciate and look after the home. We were overjoyed with the price that was achieved.Our parents would have been proud to know that the home they built is now going to be handed over to such lovely buyers.
