We have know Steve for many years and in that time he has always been honest and upfront in his knowledge of the local real estate . It took awhile for our house to sell, but in the end Steve managed to pull off the highest sale in Woodrcoft for a single level home. Plus Steve wavered our advertisement fees, as he knew he could reach our agreed sale price. Which left more money in our pockets.
