What can one say….These 2 guys, are unbelievable!!!!!!! They both work tirelessly and effortlessly to ensure their service is second to none each and every day (during and after hours). We have nothing but praise.....from the very first phone call we made inquiring whether the timing was right to sell and when would be the best time to start the process, to having our house go under contract in under a week. Their interpersonal skills are second to none. They are meticulous and diligent, keeping us well informed about what's happening in the current market and finally what's happening in regard to the sale of our home…from signing the agreement to allow them to sell our home, to signing a sales contract. We were hesitant to go with a local real estate to begin with, thinking there is not enough publicity, but boy were we were so wrong. They both thoroughly explained the strategy of selling in today’s market and guided us through each phase once we were ready to go. They never pushed us.....extremely understanding and personable....It was a matter of when was right! For a person who is extremely anxious at the best of times, one who fusses over the most miniscule thing, they managed to keep me calm throughout the entire selling process.
