We recently rented our unit and are very happy with the agent we choose from all the agents we had considered. It has been a very pleasant experience from the high degree of professionalism we received from start to finish. The agent delivered on all the small things that really mattered to us such as; - opening the unit on time and regularly. - being available to take our phone calls, and if not returning our calls promptly. - listening to what type of tenant we wanted and delivering. - promptly following up eg updating online advertisement adjustments. - following up on our behalf to cover off on statutory requirements. We highly recommend this agency from the experience we have had and are a very happy customer.
