WOW … What a Real Estate Agent Realty One Is! We had the very hard job of selling a house at 29 Buckingham Crescent, Kardinya for a friend who has no relations and was put into a nursing home. Rick and Paul to the rescue who advised us on all the things to do to get the house ready for sale. During the preparation there were a few things that had to be done and they organised the workmen to have them fixed, taking a lot of pressure off us. Paul and Rick have very good communication skills and are very trustworthy and would notify us if a problem arose and tell us all the time how things were progressing with the sale. The home opens ran very well and Paul would ring us after each home open and tell us how many were there and any comments. We would like to thank the team at Realty One including the office staff who were very helpful if Rick or Paul were not available.
