They demonstrated a great customer care and commitment by meeting us after office hour and talked us through when we were concern about the housing market due to the inflation and consecutively rising interest rate.

A fantastic experience with Jane & Rick. Professional, knowledgeable of the area & well exceeded my expectations. We discussed a solid plan and stuck to it; photos were done very well as well as the write up. Jane exceeded my expectations by $100K over what I thought I'd receive in the current market. Other estate agents set the bar way to low/conservatively. She was very thorough in the review process and providing me with timely updates. Timing is absolutely critical and she understood the process very well. I'd definitely use them again on any property I need to sell in the future.

Rick and his team sold our lovely apartment in central Fremantle. Rick has extensive real estate experience and set a realistic selling price based on the current market conditions. He communicated following home opens and advised that he would follow up leads on interested parties which he did. Our sale wasn’t straight forward as one of us was overseas and this complicated documents being signed etc. we all persevered and the sale was concluded successfully. I would recommend Rick and his team as they are very experienced and knowledgeable in real estate. Rick is very matter of fact and there is no unrealistic razzmatazz which we appreciated. He got on with the job and we were happy with the outcome.

Jane and Rick were both great on what was a somewhat longer and more difficult house sale than the usual. They helped with advice and contractor referrals to do cost-effective touch ups to the property, and then were diligent with ongoing home opens and private viewings when the place took longer to sell than expected. 10/10 would use again.

From the outset we realised that Rick was extremely experienced in real estate. We were confident, throughout the process, that we were in good hands. It can be stressful when a house doesn't sell immediately, but Rick was rightly confident and gave us great advice when we needed it. I appreciated Rick's knowledge of the market and his analysis of how it was trending. I was confident that Rick recognised the strong points that our property offered and would represent those effectively to prospective purchasers. Rick always kept us informed about what he was doing and could always be contacted.
