Andrew had already been an amazing manager of my brother's investment property, always available to both my brother and his tenants, and ensuring that the best tenants stayed for long and stable tenancies. So when our mother's investment property needed management, he was the first person we thought of. And despite not being confident at the depths of lockdown that we'd be able to even sell, we still got a better price than we expected! Andrew was always flexible and positive, with no job or problem too big, and not just professional but amazingly conscientious and assiduous, with a keen eye for detail and great ideas on how to maximise buyer interest. It wasn’t just a job for him — we really felt as if he cared about us and our Mum as if we were his own family.
