•Andrew had already been an amazing manager of my brother's investment property, always available to both my brother and his tenants, and ensuring that the best tenants stayed for long and stable tenancies. So when our mother's investment property needed management, he was the first person we thought of. He provided the same excellent, professional and personal service and care to both Mum and to her tenants. When we sold Mum's investment property, which had a few problems, Andrew not only fixed them but helped the tenants stay on as we sold, and helped the new buyers to rectify the problems too. And despite not being confident at the depths of lockdown that we'd be able to even sell, we still got a better price than we expected! Andrew was always flexible and positive, with no job or problem too big, and not just professional but amazingly conscientious and assiduous, with a keen eye for detail and great ideas on how to maximise buyer interest. It wasn’t just a job for him — we really felt as if he cared about us and our Mum as if we were his own family. And he did so with care and concern for tenants and buyers with the highest probity and ethics. Andrew brings more than a good price: he brings priceless value to any property campaign.
