He provides detailed feedback on prospective buyer's feedback (the good, the bad and the ugly!) on the property so that the seller can gauge what action to take next if the marketing campaign does not go to plan. A buyer was found for our property pre-auction during Week 2 of a 4-week marketing campaign at a good price and Andrew is on the ball to keep the documentation moving to finalisation.
