We actually interviewed 4 different agents. To be fair, they were all keen and knowledgeable.....as you would expect! They all gave similar price ranges of what the house could sell for. It's hard to put my finger on why we went with Tracie as our agent. But for sure...we made the right choice. She didn't promise anything she could not deliver.... It was the opposite actually...under promise and over delivered. Our job was to present the house as best we could and leave the rest up to the professionals. The buyer had some conditions attached to the sale that we had not encountered before and we had been burnt in the past so were a little reluctant. Tracie explained the conditions in clear detail so we knew exactly what the risks were. In the end , we went with Tracie's recommendations and everything turned out perfectly! If you are planning to sell on Bribie , do you due diligence, interview at least a few agents.... but make sure Tracie is one of them.....that would be our advice!
